Steve Marsh applies to appeal to High Court
An application for special leave to appeal has been lodged by Stephen Marsh's lawyers Slater and Gordon.
On September 3, a ruling by the Appeal Court upheld last year's decision of Justice Ken Martin, which rejected Steve's $85,000 compensation claim over losing the organic status of his farm when GM canola swathes landed on the farm in late 2010.
